Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is a high-strength general-purpose engineering plastic, used for many commercial products.

Its low shrink, high dimensional stability, and good resistance to corrosive chemicals make it a versatile option used across a variety of industries. ABS has a glass transition temperature of approximately 221 °F (105 °C) and is an amorphous polymer, meaning it has high temperature resistance and no true melting point.

ASA is imilar to ABS, but with higher mechanical performance and higher resistance to fading,  UV resistance, ideal for outdoor use.

Polycarbonate (PC) is clear or colored, lightweight, glass-like plastic that is heavily used across multiple industries. PC is impact resistant, holds great feature detail, and can be used for safety equipment, lenses, electronic devices, and much more.

It has low shrink with good dimensional stability and accepts high cosmetic finishes well. 

PC-ABS is best combine of both PC and ABS. Higher-strength engineering thermoplastic with slightly more flexibility than standard polycarbonate. Ideal for electronics, housing & casings.

PC-PBT is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent processibility and good mechanical properties. It resistant to lubricants, solvents, and cleaning agents. Very common in electronic enclosures. electronics, housing & casings.

PE is the most popular plastics used in global, PE has high ductility, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. PE is often described by its molecular weight, such as UHMW PE (ultra-high molecular weight), LDPE (low density), or HDPE (high density). PE ideal for packaging, tubing, films, bottles, and more. Available medical and food-grade.

Polypropylene (PP)  has excellent electrical properties . It carries light loads for a long period in varying temperatures. Furthermore, PP is low-price and easy to access, and due to its semi-crystalline property and little moisture absorption it possesses a high flexural strength.

There are many types of molded nylon materials, each with its own advantages. 

Nylon 6/6, offers great hardness, stiffness, and abrasion resistance, while nylon 6 is extremely hard and tough at low temperatures, and nylon 6/12 has better impact strength.

• Nylon 66: General purpose nylon, with a tensile strength of approximately 12,000 psi, high melting point, and mold temperatures ranging from 100 °F-225 °F (38 °C-107 °C)
• Nylon 46: Heat stabilized and RoHS compliant injection molding processing nylon with very high thermal detection, melting temperature, and mold temperature
• Filled nylons: High stiffness-to-weight ratio, strong mechanical properties, one of the strongest plastics available for the molding process
  
  • Mineral-filled nylon: 40% mineral reinforced nylon 66 with a melting point of 505 °F (263 °C), >600 electrical CTI, and HB (‘self-extinguishing’) flammability rating
  • Glass-filled nylons: Options include 13%, 14%, 15%, 20%, 33%, 35% filled and offer high tensile strength and Rockwell hardness with extremely high melting points

PVC is a rigid, general-use plastic that is common in plumbing, non-food packaging, and trimming.

Good mechanical performance, free-moisture, high wear-resistance, and low friction. Ideal for gears and functional parts

Water-clear like glass. Ideal for lights and outdoor use.

TPU/TPE is is a flexible thermoplastic material that offers abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and overall toughness. TPU exhibits a high flex before break and is ideal for wheels and door panels.
